What is your Return Policy?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances. Products may be return only in the conditions of the product being damaged during shipment. Damage products must be received 7 days after confirmed delivery. Please Send an email image of the defected item within 48 of receiving order, also explaining what's wrong with the purchased item.

 

Do I have to create a Glamour Up Cosmetics account in order to shop?

 

When will my order ship?

Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS Days Monday through Friday it does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship Domestically.

 

What form of payments are accepted for placing an order?

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

 

How does AfterPay work?

We are excited to offer AfterPay as an additional payment method at checkout. With AfterPay, you are able to shop now and pay later! Simply select Installments by AfterPay during checkout and pay for your purchase over 4 equal payments.

Please note that AfterPay is only available to domestic customers at this time.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To serve you better, Glamour Up will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.

  

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 14 days of delivery. If the product is deemed defective Glamour up will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at sales@glamourupcosmetics.com

 

What are your products shelf life?

Every product is labeled with its life-shelf listed on packaging. Typically when product is used its good for 1 year, when not in use its good for 3 years.

 

How many times can I use Lashes?

Average of 25- 30 wears, shape remains the same after multiple use.

 

Does your shadows only come as a palette?

Currently we do only carry palettes for our eye shadows

 

Are your products Cruelty free?

Yes, it is our strict policy to NOT test on animals. So, all our products are cruelty free.

 

Are your products safe to use?

As a disclaimer to assure of any issues we ask that our customers perform a skin test prior, to applying any of our products to assure there not allergic to any of our ingredients. Glamour Up shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions, all ingredients are listed on packaging as well as web-page.
